Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit An All-Inclusive Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional drink service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Manage bar inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of mixology and ability to create classic and signature cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
