At RUI, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting existing and new customers to upgrade their Internet services. With a passion for customer satisfaction and superior product knowledge, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Make outbound calls to upgrade, offer promotions, retain customers, or regain customers
  • Deliver prepared sales pitch, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to influence potential customers to purchase a product or service
  • Listen to customer concerns with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
  • Solve customer challenges and regain customer confidence by using empathy, and building rapport with customers
  • General knowledge of company, products, and/or services
  • Obtain customer information and enter data into various CRM systems
  • Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow
  • Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information

Requirements:

  • Sales and customer service experience (call center, retail, door-to-door)
  • Persuasive, not aggressive
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills (professional demeanor)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused and self-manage

Pay: $16,000.00 per month

Education: High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: Sales: 2 years (preferred) - Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
