Your key responsibilities will include owning selected brands, contributing to improvements in the user experience, and creating detailed weekly reports on performance. You'll lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.
To achieve success in this role, you'll have strong analytical and relationship management skills. You'll be comfortable picking up new technologies and skills quickly and be a problem solver, identifying issues or opportunity areas to create plans to drive improvement.
As a Brand Specialist, you'll be fully involved in all business functions of your brands, including onsite marketing, vendor relation management, and in-stock management. Some of the tasks associated with these functions include:
\u2022 Online marketing: improving product page data, developing marketing and merchandising plans, improving customer experience onsite, and helping generate traffic and sales
\u2022 Vendor management: helping grow the selection of products to sell on Amazon, onboarding new vendors, identifying and resolving pricing issues
\u2022 In-stock management: tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order rejections, and working with vendors on PO automation

Requirements
\u2022 3+ years of experience with Excel
\u2022 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
\u2022 Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required
\u2022 Fluent in both English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
\u2022 Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
\u2022 Experience managing large data sets and utilizing data to drive performance and process improvements
\u2022 Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
