About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Guadalajara-Espina-Columna. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
  • Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services
  • Advanced English
  • Sales experience on medical devices in the public and private sectors
  • Experience entering the operating room
  • Portfolio management experience in Spine & Neuro
