Sales Manager Job Description

At Johnson & Johnson, we are dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare through innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales promotion activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, and sales and marketing programs to maximize sales and profit.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure business results align with the defined strategy.
  • Communicate and lead short- and long-range sales plans.
  • Research new markets and applications for volume growth.
  • Develop sales processes and pricing models.
  • Lead key negotiations and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in medical devices or medtech.
  • University degree or equivalent required, MBA desired.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
