Sales Manager Job Description
At Johnson & Johnson, we are dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare through innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales promotion activities to achieve business objectives.
- Implement marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, and sales and marketing programs to maximize sales and profit.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure business results align with the defined strategy.
- Communicate and lead short- and long-range sales plans.
- Research new markets and applications for volume growth.
- Develop sales processes and pricing models.
- Lead key negotiations and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in medical devices or medtech.
- University degree or equivalent required, MBA desired.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
