**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Medline Industries, LP. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Coach employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Partner with management to identify and implement actions that improve or maintain a positive employee relations environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management to inform talent management strategies.
  • Work with local managers to determine training needs and recommend training programs to support employee development.
  • Ensure effective new employee onboarding processes and internal consistency in administering job evaluations and compensation programs.
  • Support affirmative action programs and audit work authorizations to ensure compliance with employment requirements.
  • Assist managers with leave of absence processes and worker's compensation policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience demonstrating knowledge of HR practices, legal rules, and regulations.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong time management skills, prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

  • PHR or SPHR certification.
