About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Mexico. This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable projects with clear expectations and metrics.

As a key member of our team, you will engage and follow up with support teams to execute projects, partner with Operations to align on expectations, confirm project status, anticipate potential risks, and drive strategic decisions to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and developing the project management and change management program for investment projects.
  • Supporting project owners and support teams throughout their project lifetime from conception, feasibility, project planning, and execution.
  • Communicating with project owners and engaging with various stakeholder teams, ensuring positive and effective collaboration between teams.
  • Driving projects to improve, expand, and standardize MX operations based on business objectives.
  • Developing and enforcing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Driving end-to-end process excellence, anticipating risks, and communicating effectively to leaders through formal reports, business papers, and risk analysis best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • A completed Bachelor Degree.
  • 5+ years of general experience.
  • Fluid English and Spanish communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in finance projects, including requirement gathering and testing in environments with distributed systems.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
