POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Consultant plays a crucial role in the implementation of various projects, each varying in complexity. This position demands a high level of accuracy and the ability to devise solutions across different modules of Temenos Products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide expert guidance and insights on both functional and technical matters to the project team.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the tools, systems, and procedures essential for successful project execution.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of any issues or inquiries.
- Foster and uphold a positive and loyal relationship between Temenos and its clientele.
- Contribute to one of the flagship products of Transact.
- Analyze client organizations, processes, and workflows, proposing enhancements to maximize the benefits of TEMENOS products.
- Validate all functional decisions within projects to ensure optimal use of TEMENOS solutions.
- Advise the Project Manager on best practices in banking and alert them to potential issues that could adversely affect the client's business or violate legal standards.
- Offer consultancy and advice to clients and TEMENOS consultants regarding the implementation of TEMENOS products.
- Identify and confirm customization requirements for TEMENOS products based on agreed business definitions.
- Collaborate with TEMENOS maintenance teams to ensure that identified product issues are clearly understood and addressed.
- Proven experience in finance or banking software consultancy.
- Extensive experience in implementing banking products.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Strong understanding of development, deployment, and analysis processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology is essential.
- Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.) is necessary.
- Familiarity with CLOUD – SaaS environments and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Expertise: Strive to be a specialist in your field.

- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and clients.
