Collaborating with finance teams, you will gather essential data and comprehend the underlying factors driving performance. Revise forecasts for Domestic Film Rentals, NTH, and Prints. Deliver weekly and monthly Ultimate submissions to Corporate Finance. Reconcile Ultimates across FLASH and SAP financial systems. Develop variance packages for Ultimates. Prepare and submit Domestic Journal Entries into SAP. Generate NTH forecast reports. Create Domestic FLASH Reports. Maintain the Ultimate tracker for the Domestic team. Conduct Ad Hoc analysis and respond to financial data requests, providing valuable insights. Uphold high standards of accountability to ensure timely delivery of superior quality financial information to business FP&A. Foster strong relationships with business partner FP&A teams to facilitate information flow and knowledge sharing. Assist in the development of systems, tools, and processes that enhance forecasting and analysis efficiency and accuracy. Drive initiatives aimed at process simplification, collaborating across teams and sharing best practices. Engage in discussions with business finance partners to comprehend forecast drivers and present prepared forecast and analysis data.Qualifications & Experience...
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in forecasting and analysis. Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis techniques, with demonstrated experience in financial modeling. A critical thinker and adept problem solver with excellent communication skills; capable of framing issues, articulating findings, and presenting optimal solutions. Proven ability to build trust and confidence with team members and external business partners. Experience managing high volumes of data accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines. Motivated by a dynamic and challenging work environment. Strong knowledge of financial software packages and the Microsoft Office suite. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
