Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in submitting local resolution plans to local regulators as required and support the group in the submission of the Resolvability Assessment Framework (RAF) self-assessment.
- Review and interpret regulatory guidance related to Recovery and Resolution Planning.
- Assist in Recovery Planning for local regulators and the Group RRP Office for submissions to the PRA.
- Coordinate and support senior management in the bank's response to potential recovery or resolution events.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation approaches.
- Lead the identification of local fire-drill requirements and training on RRP to ensure Recovery and Resolution understanding and readiness.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on recovery and resolution planning, including knowledge of internal policies and regulatory rules.
