Job Summary

Thales Group is seeking a highly skilled Banking Data Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting Shared Service Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, security, and compliance of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and platforms.
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards and processes to promote a culture of data stewardship and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance roles and responsibilities and provide guidance and support to business units on data governance matters.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data governance principles and practices and deliver training sessions to educate stakeholders on data governance concepts and requirements.
  • Provide expertise in data management tools and technologies, such as data cataloguing tools, data quality tools, and data governance platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, IT, Computer Sciences, or Statistics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in resources and delivering data projects and automations in a Shared Service Center environment.
  • Fluency and proficiency in business English.
  • Strong affinity with and interest in new trends in AI & Data (including Data Governance and quality, robotics, and automations).
  • Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
