Medical Screener

At CSL Plasma, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our donors and employees. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma collection process.

• Conduct thorough medical screenings of donors to ensure their suitability for plasma donation
• Administer health screening procedures, including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature checks
• Collect and record donor data in our electronic donor information management system
• Provide excellent customer service to donors, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient donation process

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of donor and center information
