Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our IT Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills and technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, utilizing your excellent communication skills and technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
- Assist with configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Work with ServiceNow to log, track, and close tickets, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ITIL framework and infrastructure management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
- 1+ year of experience in IT Service Desk, with a strong background in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
