We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Services HCM Reporting Lead to join our team at WPP. As a key member of our Workday Services team, you will be responsible for leading our Workday Services Reporting team and ensuring that WPP's HCM Workday reports are supported and enhanced as required by our business partners.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization and be part of a team that is transforming the way we work. As a Workday Services HCM Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Workday Services Reporting team to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards that meet the needs of our business partners.
- Validating and testing HCM reports to ensure they meet WPP's requirements.
- Working with business partners to gather requirements for enhancements to existing HCM reports and delivery of new reports as requested.
- Maintaining expertise on new reporting functionality, features, and capabilities in Workday, as well as wider industry and technology trends.
- Guiding the team to run robust testing and release processes.
- Managing a growing in-house team of report consultants.
- Supporting the business to build reporting self-service capabilities where appropriate.
- Safeguarding global standards and principles against competing requests and priorities.
- Championing recommendations for continuous improvement in our reports and rationalization of reports while maintaining a source of data that our business partners can trust.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a strong background in HCM reporting and experience working with Workday. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, including gathering requirements and turning them into technical deliverables. You will also have a strong understanding of Workday and excellent technical writing and development skills.
