At Uber Freight, we are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Leader to identify, develop, and close on new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to represent our company in a professional manner with customers outside of our facilities, and experience in implementing sales methodologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Facing potential customers via face-to-face and virtual calls to understand their needs and develop value proposals.
  • Persuading prospects to utilize Transplace as their preferred logistics provider by effectively communicating customer needs to product leaders, operations, and pricing experts.
  • Utilizing Sales Force daily to record activities, manage active opportunities, and track sales leads, opportunity sizes, dates, and data quality.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to supervise and assure mandatory Sales Force use among team members and monitor agreed KPIs and data quality.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $**120,000** based on industry standards and national averages.
