Key Responsibilities- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed annual sales targets, ranging from £250k to £1.2m, depending on location, market, product, and service capability.
- Lead Management: Effectively manage new marketing-generated leads, ensuring professional discovery of client requirements to maximize every opportunity.
- Pipeline Development: Carry out sufficient prospecting, networking, and outbound sales activities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records on our CRM system, including follow-up actions and tasks.
- Personal Development: Stay competent in selling approved products and services through refresher training and development activities agreed with your manager.
- Demonstrable Track Record: Proven track record of selling products and/or services in a comparable role in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in English fluently and possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of standard IT programs, Salesforce, and proprietary software for business processes.
- Business Assurance Sector: Familiarity with the business assurance sector.
We offer a competitive salary, between £40,000 and £70,000 per annum, based on experience and performance. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
