Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing invoices and expenses to prevent unauthorized use of company funds. This role requires delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with financial internal controls and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform 3-way matching on every invoice, including printing, sorting, inputting, and scanning.
  • Verify that invoices comply with company policies, fiscal requirements, and internal controls.
  • Investigate quantity and pricing issues and follow up with the relevant personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and timely filing of invoices.
  • Prepare batches of invoices for payment on a weekly basis.
  • Provide information to internal and external auditors.
  • Perform monthly accounts analysis.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency in SAP system management.
  • Bilingual (80% English and Spanish) in both oral and written communication.
  • Proven ability to accurately and efficiently enter high volumes of invoices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with personnel within and outside of BRP.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
