As a Clinical Communication Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and growth for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive successful outcomes
  • Understand clients' strategic goals, priorities, and metrics of success to align TigerConnect solutions with their objectives
  • Collaborate with project managers and clinical SMEs to document and share client success stories and ROI
  • Identify at-risk clients early and develop interventions to address challenges
  • Leverage customer usage data to provide actionable insights, promoting improved workflows, adoption, and value realization
  • Recommend additional TigerConnect services and products to support clients' goals in clinical communication and teamwork

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Clinical, or a related field, with 2-4 years of client partnership experience
  • Background in healthcare or healthcare technology preferred
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across various management levels
  • Proficient in analyzing customer data to drive strategy and recommendations
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM technologies
  • Previous experience in SaaS, mobility, cloud, or healthcare industry within a high-growth environment is beneficial
