We seek highly skilled professionals for two Associate Medical Manager Hematology positions in Mexico City to join our Medical Affairs team.
The ideal candidate will fulfill various duties related to Medical Affairs clients, including partnering with clients, collaborating with internal teams to create effective strategies during project delivery, and providing evidence-based information on scientific and clinical requirements.
This role requires the creation and updates of documents based on project plans, medical strategy, and budget. The associate will import and report upon clinical and product metrics, deliver clinical information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends, and disseminate evidence from clinical trials through compliant communications with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and updates documents based on project plans, medical strategy, and budget
- Imports and reports upon clinical and product metrics
- Delivers clinical information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Disseminates evidence from clinical trials through compliant communications with healthcare professionals
- Directs individuals regarding medical affairs expertise and support to Product Development teams and Medical Affairs teams
- Provides medical interpretation of data to internal and external parties
- Assists in the management of key links into global brand clinical activities
Requirements:
- Medicine or master's degree is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and hematology is a plus
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Availability to travel
- 5-10 years of work experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, academic research and/or health care
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Teamwork, leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
