About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Talent Sourcer to join our team in Mexico, focused on sourcing top design talent for Zillow's growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to identify and engage passive design candidates, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and channels to attract top-tier talent. This role requires a deep understanding of design talent profiles, including UX/UI, Graphic Design, and Product Design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage passive design candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, online communities, industry events, and talent databases.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and AI technologies to enhance sourcing efforts and improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop strategic insights and recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders based on market trends, talent availability, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to optimize candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates to elevate their skills and knowledge.
About the Role

This Design Talent Sourcer role is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying and attracting top design talent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of technical sourcing experience within a fast-paced organization, focusing on design roles.
  • Deep knowledge of design talent profiles, including UX/UI, Graphic Design, and Product Design.
  • Proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social networks, and candidate databases.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance sourcing efforts.
  • Excellent command of data and analytics, with success in data-driven organizations.
Benefits

Zillow offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
