As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our global mobility program strategy, ensuring operational stability, and ensuring compliance with all aspects of our travel process.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Global Mobility Program Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global mobility program strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure Operational Stability: Provide support structures and work cross-functionally with HR and FI teams to ensure operational stability and efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all aspects of our travel process, including global travel rules and local travel rules.
- Manage Stakeholders: Manage various stakeholders' needs independently using different communication channels.
- Lead Projects: Lead projects within your functional responsibility, implementing Travel Management structures that balance central and local requirements.
- Education: Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field of studies.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in travel management, preferably in the Americas Region.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of legal aspects, especially travel/payment related, and an understanding of the travel industry and its products.
- Skills: Experience in process design and improvement, with strong direction for standardization/harmonization, analytical thinking, and expertise in SAP ERP (FI/HR) or similar and Concur.
- Language: Fluency in English (mandatory).
