La Asistente de Citas de Teléfono es responsable de atender llamadas entrantes de potenciales inquilinos, inquilinos actuales y otros partes interesadas. El rol requiere habilidades de comunicación excelentes, una actitud amigable y la capacidad de proporcionar información precisa sobre propiedades de alquiler disponibles, procesos de alquiler y políticas de la empresa. El Operador de Teléfono de Alquiler juega un papel crucial en la creación de una primera impresión positiva y garantizar una experiencia de alquiler suave para los clientes.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

**Atender llamadas entrantes**: Atender el teléfono cuando un potencial inquilino llama y explicar la propiedad de alquiler de manera emocionante, proporcionando información sobre propiedades de alquiler disponibles, disponibilidad, términos de alquiler y otras preguntas relacionadas.

**Atención al cliente**: Asistir a potenciales inquilinos con preguntas sobre propiedades de alquiler, programar visitas a propiedades y proporcionar información de seguimiento según sea necesario.

**Programación de citas**: Coordinar y programar citas para visitas a propiedades con agentes de alquiler o administradores de propiedades.

**Entrada de datos**: Ingresar la hora de la visita en el calendario para que el administrador de apartamentos (que trabaja todos los días en el edificio de apartamentos) pueda mostrar a los potenciales inquilinos la propiedad en persona.

**Conocimiento de la propiedad**: Enviar un mensaje de texto de confirmación con la hora de la visita a ambos el potencial inquilino y el administrador de apartamentos para que el administrador de apartamentos pueda ver la cita rápidamente, ya que la mayoría de las personas que llaman quieren ver la propiedad lo antes posible, generalmente el mismo día que llaman.

**Requisitos**:

**Experiencia**: Antecedentes en un rol de atención al cliente o centro de llamadas, preferiblemente en la industria de bienes raíces o gestión de propiedades.

**Habilidades de comunicación**: Habilidades verbales fuertes con una presencia telefónica clara y amigable.

**Habilidades organizativas**: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples llamadas e inquietudes simultáneamente mientras mantiene precisión y atención al detalle.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $20,000.00 al mes
