About the Role
Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Mapping Specialist to join our Cardiology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative products and technologies in the Electrophysiology (EP) market.
The successful candidate will spend 8-10 months gaining expertise in our technology while receiving extensive professional development to ensure readiness for success in this hands-on, field-based role. Once trained, the specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of our 3D Mapping System during case procedures within an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Electrophysiology and our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss and explain complex technical product information.
- Availability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart Procedure.
- Existing usage of 3D cardiac mapping system.
- MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, patient-centric attitude, teamwork, and results-oriented.
