Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Koch Global Services. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for processing complex and high-volume payroll, collecting and reconciling payroll data, and maintaining employee information in company and government systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process complex and high-volume weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll
  • Collect, reconcile, and update payroll data in preparation of payroll processing
  • Maintain and reconcile employee information in company and government systems
  • Manage required government payroll filings and tax calculations/payments
  • Calculate and process required disbursements such as savings fund, severance, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute income statements
  • Manage food coupon process
  • Participate and play a key role in various projects through the year
  • Provide high-quality customer service to customers regarding payroll-related inquiries and concerns
  • Prepare financial/payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliations
  • Meet requirements associated with IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and ISR
  • Build trusted and collaborative relationships with key finance and HR partners
  • Payroll system testing and implement enhancement opportunities

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Knowledge of pay calculations, taxes, and benefits
  • 3+ years of experience processing high-volume and complex payroll
  • Knowledge of IMSS, Infonavit, ISR
  • Experience reviewing payroll inputs/outputs for errors
  • Experience calculating the labor risk premium
  • Knowledge of IMSS and INFONAVIT opinion
  • Intermediate Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Kronos
  • Experience with payroll systems such as Eslabon, ADP GlobalView, or Ceridian Dayforce
  • Understanding of accounting functions
  • Fluency in English
