Belden Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the monthly preventive maintenance plan for various production areas
  • Attend daily meetings with the LDM team for each business unit
  • Manage inventory of spare parts for existing equipment in the plant
  • Quote any modifications to the plant layout
  • Coordinate work for modifications to production stations and cells
  • Work with engineers to improve production processes
  • Perform operational maintenance on molding machines

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as Lean manufacturing tools such as TPM, SMED, and 5S
  • Knowledge of contracting and quoting services for equipment repair or modification
  • Experience managing personnel and leading teams
  • Experience with plastic injection and fiber optics
