Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Procurement Lead to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Global Procurement team, you will be responsible for securing raw materials supply to our locations through effective supply chain management and negotiation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the procurement of raw materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and implement global and regional procurement strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, C&A, and Sales, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with IFF's code of business principles.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a stable and reliable supply chain.
  • Provide input on procurement-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
  • Proven track record of successful supply chain management and negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement systems, including SAP MM module.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
