Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and engages our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key themes, messages, and channels for effective communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across various businesses and geographies.
  • Translate complex business topics into clear and compelling communications content that drives engagement with our employees.
  • Manage and execute comms campaigns on digital platforms, leveraging your expertise in social media and content marketing.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive cultural change and improve internal/external communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in executive or internal communications, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
  • Proven track record of managing comms campaigns on digital platforms and leading global stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • End-to-end event planning and execution experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level communications in various formats.
  • Experience leading communications within a sales or marketing organization.
  • Experience driving cultural change and influencing organizations through communications.
