Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory levels, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise a team of wage personnel to ensure effective inventory management.
  • Develop and implement inventory count progress plans to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Oversee audits by part numbers to ensure inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Present inventory metrics to staff and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Leadership and people management experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
  • Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
  • Critical thinking and risk assessment skills to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Material flow experience and inventory cycle counting expertise.
  • Previous people management roles with a focus on inventory management.

Education

  • Industrial Engineering or related engineering degree.
  • Accounting and Finance degree or related field.
