- Drive business improvements through the elimination of waste, cost reduction, and enhanced working capital performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive organizational excellence.
- Manage plant cost-out activities and develop key performance metrics to evaluate results.
- Lead the pursuit of the Eaton Business Excellence Assessment Process, including Certification and the pursuit of the award.
- Develop and analyze key organizational quality metrics related to the EPM Balanced Scorecard.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5 years of experience with Lean and Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment.
