We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Lead to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our San Luis Potosí and Matehuala Plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Oversee labor relations, including communication and works council relations, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive engagement and cultural initiatives to promote a high-performance work system and organizational values.
- Provide HR expertise to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Analyze data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Support plant leadership with time and attendance management and attendance policies.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, labor relations, and organizational development.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with plant leadership to drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with Lean Six Sigma and driving high-performance work systems.
