Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at Manpower S.A. De C.V. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing second-level support for end-user desktop and IT site support issues, as well as assisting the management team with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, assess, troubleshoot, and escalate support incidents and requests
  • Log, update, and close tickets, prioritize issues, and balance workloads to bring end-customer tickets to full resolution
  • Identify incorrect process flows within the tracking system and influence change as a front-line interface to users
  • Install, troubleshoot, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Diagnose problems and fully support a variety of internal and third-party applications for client workstations
  • Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical employees
  • Provide outstanding end-customer service and world-class support in a large, fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment
Requirements
  • Skilled in hardware, software, and/or operating systems environment
  • Knowledge of appropriate networks, products, and protocols
  • End-customer service skills
  • MAC and Linux OS knowledge recommended but not mandatory
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $30,000 MXN - $32,000 MXN per month, as well as a dynamic and challenging work environment.
