Job Description

As a Technical Engineering Leader at Emerson, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing and implementing flawless engineering solutions. You will collaborate with teams from various departments to identify project requirements and effectively implement engineering strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in designing and implementing engineering solutions.

  • Establish and uphold engineering standards and effective procedures, ensuring consistent quality control.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the most effective engineering techniques and tools for each project.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation among team members.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in engineering roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, with a focus on [specific engineering field].
