Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Technical Support Engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
  • Collaborate with Support team senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, process, and procedure.
  • Partner with Regional Director to oversee hiring, onboarding, and talent retention efforts.
  • Drive projects and initiatives to enhance team productivity, process, and procedure.
  • Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve high-priority escalations and provide expert support.

About You:

  • You're a seasoned people manager with a passion for developing and mentoring technical talent.
  • You're a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a strong technical background, with experience in programming and Linux.
  • You're able to work a rotating schedule that requires weekend availability.
  • You're an active contributor to open-source projects and the Engineering Community.
