Alstom is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to join our team. As an EHS Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support on general EHS matters, monitoring all aspects of Occupational Health & Safety and Environment, and ensuring that relevant EHS requirements are effectively applied on the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance on EHS matters
  • Monitor and support all aspects of Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
  • Ensure EHS requirements are effectively applied on the project
  • Assist in the development and review of EHS documents
  • Carry out safety inspections and close out actions within required timescales
  • Produce EHS objectives from reviews, findings, and audits
  • Monitor KPIs and other indicators and provide data to the EHS Manager
  • Coordinate project accident investigations and close calls
  • Champion close call reporting and assist in managing and monitoring project close calls
  • Input and monitor EHS action plans
  • Support EHS CWI Consortium on trainings and advise on proper regulation compliance
  • Support and undertake site Client, Partner, EHS engagement meetings
  • Support the EHS Manager in developing and implementing strategies for managing and continually improving the company's safety standards
  • Carry out training sessions and briefings on EHS topics
  • Monitor employees and contractors to ensure activities are undertaken in accordance with agreed standards
  • Undertake and report EHS inspections of partners and their contractors
  • Deputize for the EHS Manager as necessary
  • Support and maintain internal safety reporting systems
  • Provide EHS support for Consortium Partners
