About the Role

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the Latin American region by developing and executing strategic plans with our network partners. Your expertise in marketing and sales will enable us to expand our presence in the region and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies with our network partners to drive revenue and market share increase.
  • Guarantee the consistent application of our brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Enhance client satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing and onboarding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the LATAM Hub team to develop and execute regional solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading growth projects with a regional scope, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners and suppliers.
  • Advanced English proficiency (Portuguese language skills are a plus).

We offer an exceptional work environment and a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our location is in Mexico City, MX.
