Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Latin America Business Development Director to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, build relationships, and drive business growth in the region.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Nurturing commercial relationships with brand agencies and direct clients to acquire new deals.
  • Strategically growing our advertiser portfolio in Latin America, focusing on the Mexican market.
  • Educating brands and agencies about programmatic advertising technologies and solutions offered by Verve Group globally.
  • Developing strong sales pipelines for desktop, mobile branding, performance, DOOH, and CTV product lines.
  • Supporting event preparations and participating in local events to represent Verve Group.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellence in delivery and influence decisions through product and sales analysis.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Media Sales, preferably in Ad Tech/Programmatic/Mobile.
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills, with a relevant network of brand agencies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business from a top university.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer needs and requirements.
  • Motivation, organization, and a willingness to work independently to build your own sales strategies.
  • An established network with direct clients and advertising agencies is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
