Responsabilidades del Puesto
  • Diseñar y desarrollar estrategias de lanzamiento de marcas: Crear y implementar planes de acción para lanzar nuestras marcas en el mercado mexicano.
  • Desarrollar herramientas y contenidos para la fuerza de ventas: Crear materiales de marketing y ventas para apoyar a nuestra fuerza de ventas en la promoción de nuestras marcas.
  • Asegurar la distribución y acceso de nuestras marcas: Coordinar con nuestros socios y distribuidores para asegurar la disponibilidad de nuestras marcas en el mercado.
  • Investigar y analizar mercados y competidores: Realizar investigaciones de mercado y análisis de nuestros competidores para identificar oportunidades y amenazas en el mercado.
  • Asignar cuotas y desarrollar empaque y Brand book de la marca: Establecer metas de ventas y desarrollar materiales de marketing para apoyar la promoción de nuestras marcas.
  • Desarrollar planes de EMC con el área médica: Trabajando con nuestro equipo médico para desarrollar planes de educación y capacitación para nuestros médicos y profesionales de la salud.
  • Definir y asignar KPIs para la marca: Establecer indicadores clave de rendimiento para medir el éxito de nuestras marcas en el mercado.
Principales Responsabilidades del Puesto
  • Alcanzar objetivos de venta y participación de mercado: Establecer y alcanzar metas de ventas y participación de mercado para nuestras marcas.
  • Vincular a clientes y médicos a la organización: Establecer relaciones con nuestros clientes y médicos para apoyar la promoción de nuestras marcas.
  • Posicionar nuestras marcas como líderes en el mercado: Crear y implementar estrategias para posicionar nuestras marcas como líderes en el mercado mexicano.
  • Beneficiar a pacientes con nuestros productos: Desarrollar y promocionar nuestros productos para beneficiar a nuestros pacientes en México.
  • Desarrollar materiales estratégicos para promocionar nuestras marcas: Crear materiales de marketing y ventas para apoyar la promoción de nuestras marcas.
  • Liderar equipo multifuncional: Liderar un equipo de profesionales para alcanzar los objetivos de la organización.
