Maersk, a global leader in transportation services, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you take on the responsibility of managing end-to-end customer experiences for small and mid-sized customers. Your key focus areas will include handling day-to-day customer interactions, efficiently providing services to customers once onboarded into our environment, and ensuring seamless shipment processes comply with all company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly address customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints according to established procedures, seeking quick and satisfactory solutions.
  • Download and elaborate reports from our website.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or customer experience in the logistics industry.
  • Advance English language proficiency.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Candidate must possess strong customer orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
