About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Planning Specialist to join our team at Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing regulatory and logistics processes to ensure product availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Import Reports: Create and maintain import reports to plan and execute regulatory activities, ensuring compliance at each stage.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain continuous communication with internal teams and 3PL suppliers to ensure the successful completion of the UVA process.
  • UVA Process Management: Manage the UVA process from start to finish, ensuring compliance at each stage.
  • Labeling and Kitting Programs: Create and implement labeling and kitting programs in line with inventory availability.
  • Material Planning and Procurement: Plan and procure materials needed for the labeling and kitting process, ensuring timely payment and compliance.
  • Process Supervision: Supervise the labeling and kitting processes to ensure they meet defined requirements.
  • Logistics Operations Support: Support logistics operations to ensure product availability, including managing replacements, updating out-of-stock statuses, and creating SKUs in the system.
Requirements
  • Logistics and Data Analysis: Solid knowledge of logistics and data analysis, with the ability to work with large datasets and derive clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex data and derive clear conclusions.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering presentations, with the ability to convey complex analyses with clear takeaways and recommendations.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytical role, preferably within an international company.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and intermediate proficiency in English.
