Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for planning product unit costs, preparing budgets, and analyzing monthly deviations of material and overhead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Conduct quarterly forecasts and annual planning together with support of Value Stream financial steering and driving activities to achieve targets and Robert Bosch's competitiveness.
  • Product Cost Control
    • Analysis of overhead cost centers impacting overall product team result (EBIT).
    • Value stream budget controlling, steering, and support.
    • Support Value Stream to define and evaluate cost-saving measures.
    • Product cost reduction project evaluations (RPP).
  • Business Planning and Reporting
    • Business plan unit costing & standard calculation.
    • Preparation and presentation of quarterly forecasted and actual P&L results with regional and global business units.
  • Quotations and Project Management
    • Quotations and project calculation for existing and new business opportunities.
  • Benchmarking and Financial Competitiveness
    • Benchmark preparation and active role to support financial competitiveness of Robert Bosch Plant.
  • Leadtype Preparation and Analysis
    • Leadtype preparation and analysis.
  • Manufacturing Concept and Operation
    • Involvement and understanding of the manufacturing concept and operation related to the product to support financial steering.
  • Product and Value Stream KPIs
    • Active participation in the product and Value Stream KPIs to support target achievement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Bilingual (Spanish and Advanced English).
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • At least 3 years of experience in product cost controlling in the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Proactive, team player, and good communication skills.
    • SAP, MS Office & Excel database knowledge.
    • High English fluency with the ability to discuss complex topics and negotiate.
