Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial execution of Revenue-to-Receipt, Order-to-Cash, and Purchase-to-Pay processes
  • Ensure these processes are executed efficiently and in line with established standards within your area of responsibility
  • Continuously monitor deliverables and key metrics to ensure the Business stays on track
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the team
  • Collaborate with other department heads to drive company-wide financial performance
  • Report on financial performance to the executive team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Extensive experience leading accounting processes (R2R, O2C, and P2P)
  • Proven experience leading teams of 50+ people
  • Over 5 years in management or executive positions
  • Previous experience in Shared Services Center is essential
  • Excellent management skills
  • Advanced English communication skills
