About the Role

The Strategic Business Developer for Diagnostic Solutions will be responsible for bringing new private customers (Reference Labs, Lab Chains, Private Hospitals) to DiaSorin and raising the level of customer service for current customers, generating customer loyalty and leveraging the current portfolio.

In adherence with Corporate guidelines and local policies, the successful candidate will develop, implement, and adapt strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans, being accountable for all marketing and sales-related operations to maximize sales in their territory, market share, and profitability short, medium, and long term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a strong funnel of projects and customers to develop consistently.
  • Create and manage a strong relationship with private accounts (end-users, managers, directors, purchases, etc., in your region).
  • Deliver annual sales objectives.
  • Direct, promote, coordinate, and monitor private sales operations to optimize DiaSorin's revenue, market share, and net sales with outstanding customer service.
  • Manage and develop sales opportunities in Sales Force, keeping your sales funnel updated to ensure you're on track to deliver annual sales objectives.
