Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Developer to join our Contract Management team in Mexico City, Mexico.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the overall performance of assigned customer agreements, including renewals, upselling, customer care, and lifecycle services delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strategic partnerships with assigned customers to maximize returns on their investments.
  • Lead joint business development activities with customers to identify potential issues and prevent revenue losses.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to ensure all pain points are identified and addressed.
  • Enforce conformance to QHES policies and procedures for assigned agreements.
  • Show and build a safety culture for assigned agreements.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
