We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving sales performance through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Business Analytics:
- Track and analyze key metrics, including deal bookings, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy.
- Participate in weekly sales forecast calls and associated reporting for sales management.
- Act as a single point of escalation for regional sales teams to manage forecasting, process issues, and reporting queries.
- Revenue Operations Excellence:
- Primary business partner for regional operations director.
- Work with leaders to drive globally consistent cadence schedules and drive Salesforce hygiene.
- Support Revenue Operations Specialists with field process issues and booking issues.
- Measures for Success:
- Ability to deliver data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- A willingness to learn new software and tools to enable better decision making.
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with sales forecasting, revenue reporting, and sales process management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and Salesforce CRM Lightning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-culturally.
