Sales Director

As a key member of our sales team, the Associate Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales efforts and operations of Groups and Events for Managers and Executives. This role requires a strong understanding of sales programs and procedures, as well as the ability to develop and implement action plans to achieve pre-established goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to identify and drive activities focused on elements of the business that require additional support.
- Develop and review group proposals according to each customer's productivity potential, based on Envision system recommendations and DBRs.
- Strengthen business relationships with customers through personalized attention to TOP account contacts.
- Conduct Public Relations activities with decision makers to translate relationships into sales.
- Promote and represent the Hotel in fairs and exhibitions, both domestically and internationally.
- Conduct tours of the Hotel to showcase facilities and services, and make presentations of Hotel services during client visits.
- Monitor and make appointments with clients, prospecting calls and emails as necessary to meet group quota targets.
- Provide information regarding rooms, banquets, restaurants, and services offered by the Hotel.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in luxury hotels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of management.
Location: Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
