Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Incident and Problem Manager to join our dynamic Global IT Service Management Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for detecting and responding to service-impacting events, triaging and driving effective mitigation strategies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement proactive measures to prevent incidents
  • Efficiently resolve problems and restore service to our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process enhancements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of ITIL principles and incident management processes
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • Two to three years of hands-on support experience in infrastructure and or application services
  • Directly involved in incident service restoration (technical troubleshooting) in infrastructure and or application services
  • Experience with product/application three tier architectures (UI, Logic, Data Tier), micro services, Kubernetes, network/VPC configurations, and load-balancers/firewall
  • Critical Incident and Problem management experience (ITSM/ITIL)
