Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Junior IC Analog layout engineer to work with our product organizations within the BL AA. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Analog layout tools and methodologies used in all layout design phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement layout and abstract design, physical topologies, and design methodologies for high-performance analog circuits.
  • Ensure proper tagging of IC layout databases and collaborate with team members to build up design knowledge and improve workflow.
  • Develop floor planning, power design, signal routing strategy, EMIR awareness, and parasitic optimization for layout blocks from schematics.
  • Apply Analog Layout techniques to ensure design meets performance requirements with minimum area and good yield.
  • Participate in building and enhancing layout flow for faster, higher-quality design processes.
  • Perform layout verification for DRC/LVS/ERC/ANT/ESD/DFM and complete all design quality checks and data quality checks.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure the success of the whole product and contribute to research programs to implement new ideas for future products and flows.
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English are required.
