  • Partner with the HRBP to serve as a trusted confidant to the CD and other local senior managers, helping them to proactively solve local HR matters.
  • Responsible for all local recruitment processes in Mexico, including the onboarding of new staff.
  • Help CD with staffing plans aligned to key projects and deliverables.
  • Responsible for safety and security procedures for TNS Mexico, managing security procedures and implementing protocols in compliance with TNS policies and procedures and local labor law.
  • Act as the focal Security Point.
  • Ensure that all employment contracts are compliant with local laws, with special attention to differentiation between definite and indefinite contracts.
  • Identifying and developing a working relationship with local legal counsel.
  • Lead local ethics and conflict-of-interest investigations, under the guidance of the HRBP.
  • Responsible for managing the entire performance evaluation process for the TNS/Mexico office, from goal planning to implementation of salary increases for staff.
  • Help interpret HR policies to fit local context.
  • Partner with HQ-HR professional development initiatives and programs.
  • Help HRBP evaluate salary data and salary scales and adhere to TechnoServe compensation guidelines.
  • Network with HR Managers in other similar organizations to keep on top of country-specific trends.
  • Responsible for procurement processes, including managing the acquisition process and following up on procedures to ensure compliance with TNS policies and practices.
  • Manage TNS Mexico assets and associated processes.
