About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team at IPF Digital. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business activities, including revenue, impairment, sales, and marketing.
  • Work closely with the Credit Risk Team to create proper workflows for impairment forecasting and support financial modeling.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to create proper workflows for lending and sales forecasting and support financial modeling.
  • Support the budgeting process and ensure that all key stakeholders have access to the required data and analysis to make informed business decisions.
  • Initiate and lead discussions about market performance and propose changes to ensure delivery of targets.
  • Undertake analysis of the cost base and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Drive discussions about results during monthly reviews with key stakeholders and provide variance analysis and insights.
  • Develop and propose a set of KPIs to improve performance tracking and monitoring.
Requirements
  • Strong financial modeling skills and ability to design new reports from scratch.
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial results and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and solutions logically and build relationships within the business.
  • Fluent in verbal and written business English.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling methodologies and financial services industry.
  • Experience working within digital financial services and FP&A in a financial services environment.
  • Educated to Degree level in accounting/finance, economics, or management subject.
  • Recognized accounting qualification ACA/CIMA/ACCA.
