Job Summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. This is a critical role that will provide strategic financial planning and analysis support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Business Operations: Oversee the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and planners to ensure the successful execution of financial planning and analysis activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills, with expertise in financial planning and analysis software. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Language Requirement:
  • English: Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Other: Strong experience in managing P&L, forecasting, and data analysis. Ideal experience in managing Tableau, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
